    The Midwest Book Review (May 2019) a new book review of American Diet Revolution!

    Established in 1976, the Midwest Book Review is an organization committed to promoting literacy, library usage, and small press publishing. The MBR publishes the following monthly book review magazines specifically designed for community and academic librarians, booksellers, and the general reading public:

    Critique:

    Impressively well written, organized and presented, “American Diet Revolution!: The Strength for Life Guide to the Foods We Must and Must Not Eat To Be Leaner and Stronger in the 21st Century” is an extraordinarily ‘user friendly’ and exceptionally informative instruction manual and guide that is an ideal and unreservedly recommended addition to community, college, and university library Health & Medicine collections in general, and Contemporary Dieting & Nutrition supplemental studies lists in particular. It should be noted for the personal reading lists of students, academia, and non-specialist general readers with an interest in the subject that the “American Diet Revolution!” is also available in a digital book format (Kindle, $7.99).
