Utilizing all different kinds of ball props, participants will get a full body strength, cardio and flexibility workout. We will use both physio, smaller Pilate type balls, and weighted balls to get an awesome workout. See Amy if you have physical concerns to make sure this is the right class for you. This workout is appropriate for most SFL members.
