There are times where we are on vacation, home in a snow storm, really busy with only pockets of time to get our fitness in. Then we wonder, how do I get my workout in? This class will teach you what you need for different levels of fitness and ways you can achieve your fitness goals, even when you can't get to the gym as regularly as you wish. Preregistration is very helpful, so we can prepare for you.
This workshop is $10 for members, $15 for non-members and $5 dollars each if you a member brings a non-member to SFL.
