      In this class we will utilize Barre Fitness, Pilates, Yoga, Visual exercises and alignment techniques to support and strength our balance centers, so we can stand taller and feel safer in our day to day travels. There will be a cardio and strength component to this class, so dress in layers and come barefoot!!!
