With in our small group we will work on Cardio Health, Muscle Conditioning, Flexibility, Abdominal Strength, Agility and Balance, all based on our groups interests, goals , strengths and limitations.
For group members: Learn the 4th workout, workout D. It is a cardio interval training. 10 min warm up, 10 minute hi/low interval (based on your perceived intercity), 5 min cool down.
In a group no more than 5, we will do a full body workout, cardio workout, flexibility, agility, strength training and abdominal training. In the small group we focus what the particular individuals goals, interests, strengths and limitations to create the most beneficial workout for all.
Learn ways to increase your ball distance, your swing strength, better your stance, increase your stamina on the green and keep your body healthy, through different exercises.
