      In this class we will focus on strengthening and practicing balance utilizing exercises with our eyes, propreoception, feel, core and myofascial release with rolling, to help grow body awareness, strength, stability and of course, balance.  Class will utilize props, yoga, Barre Fitness, Pilates/ core work, and eye exercises. All levels of fitness welcome.

      Come learn what TRX resistance training can do for you. In this class we will learn how to safely and efficiently operate this resistance training system with a certified TRX trainer.
