In this class we will focus on strengthening and practicing balance utilizing exercises with our eyes, propreoception, feel, core and myofascial release with rolling, to help grow body awareness, strength, stability and of course, balance. Class will utilize props, yoga, Barre Fitness, Pilates/ core work, and eye exercises. All levels of fitness welcome.
With a group no larger than 5, we will get a full-body workout and stretch, based on the individual needs and abilities of our trainees. Good for all who are members of our gym.
