      This training is for no more than 5 people so we can address the fitness needs and goals of our small group. Included in this work out will be interval cardio training, strength training, balance, abdominal strength and flexibility training.

      All Out Adventure is an amazing helping organization that helps differently-abled people experience sport and activities in nature. Dr. Arnould will be part of a health panel, will be giving a talk on Nutrition based on his book and teaching a flexibility and strength training class. Amy Dawn Kotel-Swift, assistant director of Strength for Life, will be teaching a balance and dance class for all abilities as well.

      There will also be opportunities to bike to raise money for the the organization, meet health organizations from around the area and try recumbent bikes.

      The Fair will be taking place from 10-2 at Look Park in Northampton MA
