Well TRX, or Total Body Resistance Exercise, is a fitness system where you use different percentages of your body against gravity to get a full body strength, cardio, and flexibility workout.       In this class we will focus on ways to strengthen our balance. We will utilize Pilates, Yoga, Barre, Eye Movement, and Proprioseption Exercises, to help with balance, flexibility, stability, and body awareness. No experience needed and all levels welcome.

      earn Workout D with Amy! This 25 minute cardio workout contains a 10 minute warm up, 10 minutes of high low interval cardio training and a 5 minute cool-down. Research shows this type of workout increases metabolism, stamina, endurance and strength. It’s fun and relies on your self perceived knowledge of your energy level to determine how strenuous the workout is for you.
