      In this class we will focus on ways to strengthen our balance. We will utilize Pilates, Yoga, Barre, Eye Movement, and Proprioseption Exercises, to help with balance, flexibility, stability, and body awareness. No experience needed and all levels welcome.

Research shows this type of workout increases metabolism, stamina, endurance and strength. It’s fun and relies on your self perceived knowledge of your energy level to determine how strenuous the workout is for you.
