      Learn Workout D with Amy! This 25 minute cardio workout contains a 10 minute warm up, 10 minutes of high low interval cardio training and a 5 minute cool-down. Research shows this type of workout increases metabolism, stamina, endurance and strength. It’s fun and relies on your self perceived knowledge of your energy level to determine how strenuous the workout is for  you.
