      Come learn simple techniques that will empower you to live a long, active, pain-free life with Master Trainer Kerrie Bodendorf

      Daily habitual activities like sitting for long periods of time at your computer, using your smartphone, carrying a backpack, or training for a sport cause many faulty patterns, as well as unwanted tension and stiffness in the lower body. Beyond that, our pelvis is often tucked under and fixated, leading the lumbar spine to become hypermobile and our pelvic girdle to lose its integrity. All of this is a common cause of aches and pains. I can help you restore stability, control, and mobility of your pelvic girdle to eliminate pain and help you return to doing the activities you love!

      It is $35 dollars per person for this workshop.

      Learn how to do an effective cardio workout that boosts your metabolism, stamina, endurance and strength. This 25 minute workout is done on the stationary bikes with Amy and is appropriate for most SFL members.

      In this circuit fitness class we will follow a HITT model, volleying between TRX, cardio exercises and and weight barring exercises. Accommodations will be made so that this class is appropriate for all the members of SFL. Some background in TRX is helpful, but not necessary.

      This fitness training will be for 5 people or less. Sign up for class is needed in order to reserve your spot. Class will focus on the needs of those involved and the fitness workout which will have weight training , cardio, balance, abdominal strengthening and stretching, will be individualized for the members attending.
