      This fitness training will be for 5 people or less. Sign up for class is needed in order to reserve your spot. Class will focus on the needs of those involved and the fitness workout which will have weight training , cardio, balance, abdominal strengthening and stretching, will be individualized for the members attending.

      Workshop: What To Do When You Can't Get to the Gym (open to the public)

      This hands on workshop, taught by Amy Dawn Kotel-Swift, will set you up for your fitness success no matter where you roam. In this workshop you will learn what  is needed for and how to maintain and grow your fitness.  We will  physically try exercises, that will cover the bases of all your basic needs, so when you are on vacation or stuck at home, you can become, stay ,and increase your fitness level.

      Cost for class:

      • $10 dollars for members,
      • $15 dollars for nonmembers
      • When a member brings a new, nonmember to a class, each pay only $5 dollars+
