      Utilizing Yoga, Myofascial Release Rolling and QiGong, we will open our body, release our fascia and relax our body. No experience required and all bodies are welcomed. Wear comfortable clothing.

      $10 dollars for Members

      $15 dollars for Non-Members

      $5 dollars each when a Member brings a Non-Member to the workshop
